Hi Everyone! I have seen so many awesome WWW Wednesday posts by some of my favorite bloggers, so I thought I would give it a whirl. This is my very first WWW Wednesday! I hope you enjoy it.

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme brought to us by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. What do the three W’s stand for? I’m glad you asked. They ask the three What questions of the week:

What book(s) are you currently reading?

What book(s) have you recently finished?

What book(s) are you going to read next?

I have had an audiobook going for about 3 weeks that I haven’t had the time to listen to completely. Hopefully, it will be finished by next week.

The title is Leave No Scone Unturned, A Chef-to-Go mystery, by Denise Swanson. This is the second book in this series and they are such fun. I like to listen to cozy mysteries while I knit. It’s the best of both worlds. I can work with my hands while still listening to a good story.

I just started The City that Barks and Roars last night. It is a humorous mystery where animals rule the world and a penguin and a monkey solve crimes.

This one is a blog tour read for the lovely Emma from Damppebbles Blog Tours. I managed about 3 pages before I fell asleep with the Kindle in my grip. My review will be up for this one on Monday, November 9, 2020.

The most recent book I finished was Bria Butterfly’s Scary School Day, a children’s picture book, written by Jessica Glade. It is the second book in the Feeding Young Minds series.

I received a review request from Jessica and couldn’t resist the urge to read this one. It is so pretty and the illustrations are brilliant. You can read my review of this on on Friday, November 6, 2020.

Leopold Borstinski’s Casino Chiseler is a historical thriller relating to the mafia in the 1940’s. I read this one as another tour for Damppebbles Blog Tours.

I had a hard time with this one because it was nothing like I expected and was a bit let down. But, I was still entertained so it was worth it in the end. You can see my review for this one tomorrow, November 5th, 2020.

Gentleman Jim by Mimi Matthews has been one of my favorite reads this year. I adore romance but rarely get to indulge, so when this one came up on NetgGalley I requested it right away.

It is a historical Victorian romance full of intrigue, soul mates, and first love. You can see my review of it here.

Up Next for me is Rough Country by T.J. Brearton. This is another tour book for the great Damppebbles Blog Tours.

This novel is a murder mystery and it sounds chilling. I am excited to read it as it feels like it will keep me on my toes. My review for this one is scheduled for November 11, 2020.

Okay, that’s my first WWW Wednesday. How did I do? Have any of these titles caught your eye? What are you reading right now? I’d love to hear about anything bookish so look me up on Twitter!
