How many times have you come to the end of a book and had no idea what to pick up next? Or, maybe you fell in love with your last book and you need an emotional cleanser. Let me help you find that new read!
I want to help readers by reading interesting books and posting reviews here on the blog. At the same time, I want to help authors and publishers by reviewing your creative works. By supporting everyone in the reading and writing communities, everyone will benefit.
I can help the reading community by offering honest opinions about books I have read and will do my best to post trigger warnings.
The writing community has given me so much and I want to pay that back by giving your art a place to thrive. I will read your works and share them in any way I can. I will be an advocate for you and your words.

- All in all, my blog is a place to have some bookish fun and maybe learn a little something now and again.

- Hopefully, this blog will help you to expand your reading selections by offering you choices beyond the latest bestseller.
- You will find no book snobbery at My Bookish Bliss. The fun of reading is trying new things and maybe find something interesting that you may not have thought of before.
- There will be discussions about bookish things like the benefit of the public library, or what makes a book great.

Take a look around. Read some reviews. If you still can’t find something, shoot me an e-mail at MyBookishBliss@gmail.com and we will work together to try to find something for you to read.
Would you be willing to read a certain book for me so I can get an honest opinion before I read?
Absolutely! If there is a book out there that you need help with, I’m your gal. Disclaimer: I may not be able to get to it right away, so if time is of the essence, e-mail me at kimberly@mybookishbliss.com and I will try to work out a solution.
Do you take review requests from authors or publishers?
I do indeed. If you would like to gain some reviews for your book, I will be happy to schedule you in. I share all of my blog reviews to Facebook, Twitter, Goodreads, Pinterest, and the bookseller of your choice if I am able.
Do you offer anything other than book reviews on your blog?
Yeppers! I participate in many tag-style posts, as well as weekly memes that tell you about my life and my reading journey.
Are there any genres you won’t review?
I won’t review erotica books. I also like to stay away from horror as I am still squeamish from a childhood meeting of Salem’s Lot on television. I still have nightmares.
